Mark Leonard delivers on his tractors, but I've yet to see him deliver on his stock.
I've never heard of a CEO not allowing his investors to know about the ongoing share structure but once every three months, and it's not a case of if you don't like it, don't invest in the stock.
It's an intentional area of strategy to allow the stock to go down, as it will in a PINK or a PENNY stock if no solid news is forthcoming, and even more so, if the greatly, possibly increased share structure figures are kept like a state secret.
The pps went down to .0004, then did a pop to .005, and has since slid down 60% from that lofty height.
