IMHO There should be no pink / gray markets!!!! If a company cant file and have the nessesary goods to be in the public eye, Stay private, and screw theirselves!!!! And I dont want hear none of this, OH the little companys would not be able to list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tuff!!!!!!!! Get it right and play by the rules before going public!!!!!!!!!!!!
