You don't get my point? You must be joking. The PR say to see the 03/07/2011 8K for details of the APA. Right? The 03/07/2010 8K/APA shows Mushroom Matrix assets. Further more it talks about Super Rad TOYS assets. FBCD didn't merge with Super Rad TOYS. They mergered with Super Rad INC.

Is there documentation Showing SR TOYS & SR INC are the same company?
