For the board in general.

You people act like this lawyer Frizzel is making a lot of money off of this deal, he's not. Anytime you pay a lawyer just $25 dollars to do anything you are getting more than your moneys worth.$125,000 is not enough money for what this guy is doing and the BS he's having to put up with as well. He's earning every penny. Hell he might not even clear his expenses on this thing when it's all over and done.
Give this guy a break. Some of you act like he's robbing someone at $25 dollars. That's around the same price for a movie with popcorn and a drink these days.
