After reading his bio, it's safe to say that if he's not qualified to know what to do with all these NOLs, then no one would be. Especially Blackstone, with a million disclaimers not to rely on thier information. No wonder BR is throwing this hail mary motion to not allow testimony from this guy. These PJS and BDO guys are going to tear Blackstone and BR to shreds!!!
