Levine should be entitled to bill CMKX hearing costs as well as his attorney's fees. Why should he absorb the expense of attending something on the other side of the country when he is not even a party. The company requested/subpoenaed him to attend. So, they should pay his expenses.

Surely, you don't believe guys like Stoecklein, Urbie, Williams, Dhonau, etc paid for this event out of their own pockets do you? No way, it's a business expense.
