No, it has nothing to do with the platform. Big sellers (for example the note holder here with ~100million shares to sell) do not want to show their size and scare away buyers. Everything that goes on with this stock is controlled by the note holder. If they let off it could rise if they get aggressive they could drop this stock like a rock.
