At this point I would tend to disagree. This was a cold calculated plan IMO. The PR's timing about the merger just prior to the selling. The continued selling even when they were told numerous times about the issue. The PR pleading to halt trading on Monday and the desire to wipe away this weeks trading but leave the week they sold stock. All planned in advance with intention. One can make a pretty strong argument given their past behavior with the 6.5M + spinoff + 3M / merger dump that this was a calculated effort not an accident. JMHO FWIW.
