I am just asking questions. Watching from the sidelines.

Had I owned this stock I probably would have sold it on Monday, knowing fully well that I was dumping the problem onto another trader. I don't see how that would effect the people behind the company at all. I agree they are, and should be held accountable.

As far as Ameritrade I don't see that they have done anything wrong, or with intent. First they seemed to say yes there seems to be a problem but as far as we can tell these are tradable securities. Then they said if you do trade these you might end up short at some point so.
