It still says two slots. One is right underneath the other so maybe you just didn't notice it. It also says that you can upgrade as far as 1GB of RAM. If you put that much RAM in you would see a very noticeable difference compared to what you have now.

"Sort of" is harmless "Sort of". Is a filler. But sometimes, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
