wrong ..Kendrick is listed on a form D as a 10% owner- date: 1-4-2007.

which was indeed corrected via subsequent uploads

wrong... there is a procedure that must be followed to correct any mistakes made on a FORM D...it's rather simple and JD knows the process...he has used the amendment filing on 2 occasions regarding form D filings..all that is needed to correct any *mistaKE* IS AN AMENDMENT FILING. JD did not file any such amendment to the 1-4-2007 Form D filing.


Mr. Malone ceased to be a 10% beneficial owner long before the raise in the A/S..the initial raise was filed in 2010.

Mr. Malone appeared as a beneficial owner on the form D filed on 1-4-2007.


additional form D filings were made before the initial raise in the A/S. Mr. Malone disappeared as a beneficial owner as of April 15th 2008 per Form D filings signed by JD Brown.

No amendments were filed in regards to any of the above Form D filings...the amendments filed by JD were filed in regards to later filed form D's......
