So you are saying no, you can't short penny stocks under $1.00?

or you can't "effectively" short them?

And I have to ask this because it seems logical to me, but you said you don't "personally" take a position in stocks you critisize.

I'm assuming then that you do not work for or are employed by anyone else that could short a stock you critisize.

Sorry but is a logical question.
