The 26,377,671 were considered the value of DTI pre-merge as per the agreement.
They were not just 'awarded' in a sense because insiders wanted to up their share count.
I would love to know how that valuation was determined based on what we know now.
Somebody had to do an analysis.
As far as the 6mm awarded to the former shell, it's my belief they are not willing to accept pennies based on the same valuations.
Heck, they could have sold them as the old Morgan shares for slightly less than what it's trading for now.
Not much profit there.
