As per the TA just now, the OS is 42,552,700 unchanged with an AS of 50M...there are no preferreds to my knowledge...
of this 26,377,671 were issued to insiders in Oct 2010 and are restricted...
at the date of the merger last year, there were also 5,997,583 restricted leaving a tradable float of 8,369,951...
worst case if those unknown restricted shares at merger time are no longer restricted, we have a float of 16,175,029 here...
