I didn't write up the agreement gump. Your hero did. If he wanted it to be flexible, he should have worded it differently. Afterall, he is an attorney.

I'm actually a pretty flexible person. When it comes to contracts and other documents though, I try to read them for what they say not for what I want them to say.
