That's why I was commenting........I see the Hall filing, and it says "Direct" ownership.........Doesn't say that she's disposing of them, but it does say she's no longer affiliated with the firm, and does have direct ownership of the 18+ mil shares. I imagine it's the same for Chen, only he owns 50 mil........They've owned them since Jan 2011, so if they were simply "restricted" shares, they may now be free and sellable........Can you blame them if they "sell and run"?
