I was a director for a public company, and our "director" shares vested over three years in 1/3 at the end of year 1, another 1/3 at the end of year 2, and the last third at the end of year 3. We would get additional allocations each year so at the third year all the 1/3's added up to a 100% each year.

I guess the point is, did Hall and Chen walk away with ALL their shares, after ~6 short months? Anybody else on the board with director share knowledge? Sweet deal?
