The CPA letter has nothing to do with the mish-mash filed as financials. Look at the end of the CPA's letter. Where are items #1 & #2 in the financials as referenced in the letter. NO WHERE. To claim those financials as audited by a CPA is fraudulent.

Yeah, I still haven't looked at them but I don't get how 2011 is audited but 2009 & 2010 aren't. The 2011 figures contain opening balances that had to be audited so wouldn't 2010 be audited then ? & therefor 2009 ? I believe the prior 2 years are close to being completed. I'll look at the 2011 fins sometime this week, I promise !
