The Depository Trust Clearing Corporation, a company that offers a clearing service for Scottrade,
has placed a Global Lock on this security. This means that any security under this lock is not able
to be traded through any participating DTC brokers. Since SFIO has a Global Lock placed on it you
will be unable to trade this security until the DTC lifts the lock.



Please note that when the DTC decides to implement a Global Lock, Scottrade has no authority to trade the locked security.
