Block apparently felt like making some quick bucks capitalizing on his reputation. However whether he premarketed this letter, or not, he crowded the trade out which made him look like a fool. I'm confident he has at least a dozen people looking in at SPRD now in an attempt to preserve his reputation.

As his analyst capabilities, his papers aren't reflective of his intelligence because as everyone knows he doesn't believe some of the stuff he puts in them (ie fabricated evidence). It's all about making the stock look bad. He falls under the category Short Seller with no integrity

For broad sector, I would much rather be short the whole RTO sector than be long. I suspect the majority of RTO's are frauds and am positioning accordingly.
