Sure it does, I pasted the actual USGS statement which clearly does not make such a statement in 2007. It is merely one company stating something that other companies have just copied and pasted into their own PRs over the years. It is one thing if what as an actual statement issued by the USGS, but it is another that it is not the actual statement issued. But of real interest is how it removes the remaining statement issued by the orginating company and is just copy and pasted further. My argument has plenty of validity.
