Keep doing DD. The same "group" running SFMI were involved together with other ventures that they ran into the ground... Although those involved at the executive/friend/family level sucked enough $$ out of each entity to live a very rich lifestyle... Its the common shareholders (and employees that never got paid) who took the beating long term, cause they supported the executives lavish lifestyles.

Each quarter more and more $$$/equity is being sucked out of SFMI in HUGE chunks for NON MINING initiatives.... they also continually mislead investors, theres lots of broken promises, etc, etc... The millions of dollars that they blew on DCUT per year is very similar to what we are seeing here. These guys only know how to make $$$$ one way imo and that is doing what they have done for several years before SFMI = Selling mass amounts of stock and supporting their family, friends, etc... Mining is secondary, this is proven by how they spend their $$$$ imo. FOLLOW THE MONEY

Also, everyone talks about this new Geologist and how he adds credibility, but i think he came over for the same reason most people change jobs = They promised him lots of $$$$. Cause imo they needed him to keep their gig going... Investors have been complaining about there being no geologist since 2008, its about time they hired someone that actually knows how to mine!

When the executes of a company pay themselves handsomely, they have to pay new executes the same, right?... Him coming to this company is not proof of legitimacy imo, as some here assume. There are many reason why people leave a company and its usually related to COMPENSATION.

PS: Some longs here make excuses for the games these guys continually play.. but i say its been happening for far too long, under far too many business to be coincidental... If this company fails the insiders will have still benefited regardless, this is what some dont understand... Make sure to look up the other players involved here as part of your DD, not just PQ.
