One other thing you might try....I have several programs I load up and if not done in a certain order they do not load or work.

eTrade Pro is java based and so is my alpha trade level II's that I use, if I load alpha trade first my eTrade pro won't work so I have to make sure I load eTrade pro first then alpha trade after.

This might help as well....in the past I have had to set memory usage for Java.....
