What many people are missing is that when this deal does close, Promark will unleash their sales force to concentrate on Icewebs products as evidenced by last weeks PR. In fact, they probably already have to a small degree. When Promark merges with Iceweb, their margins on the Promark side are going nowhere but up. They instantly will be a storage manufacturer. They will instantly recognized as a very serious threat to the EMC's, HP's, Netapp's, Dell,s and IBM's small to mid market customers and targets. This will draw major institutional and competitor attention as Promark/Iceweb nail a few 7-8 figure deals.

This translates into a very nice PPS going forward in the very near term. Just be glad the whole world doesnt really know about IWEB yet. The chatter on this stock is hardly anything. Just wait till one large order get announced by the combined company. There could be some real dousy fireworks. I sense a major momentum stock over the next quarter.
