I wanted a total Payroll Tax Holiday which would last untill growth was 4% and unemployment 6%

..........Have you ever talked to any people who are in business? IF you had you would know that small, medium
and large business will not hire ONE PERSON more than they need ........IF there is no demand for their services/products etc.

Hiring someone that you don't need for a payroll tax break is just paperwork ..
