listen to Ben Bernanke and you will realize that targeted Tax Cuts and Government Spending are both stimulus. I was not for the Bush Tax Cuts , I wanted a total Payroll Tax Holiday which would last untill growth was 4% and unemployment 6%.... The Government does not have money, it has to collect , borrow or get the Fed to print. When it collects it takes the "stimulus" of that public spending away. The distinction is who gets taxed. SS
