bulldzr:"many have modernized" The ones around where my wife is from Viroqua, WI haven't. One of the coolest things I saw on trip up there, was an old Amish farmer hooked up to a pair of Draft Horse I would give anything for. He was plowing about 25 acer's with them. Early on a cold morning & man that steam was coming out there nostrils. One hell of a beautiful site. I've seen farms up in East Texas plowing with Mules but never with a team of horses. Told our youngest one to take a long look, because she will never see that again.
