This is an interesting twist - I have not seen this before -- so if they are reviewing EACH account for ability to sell / buy GVRP, there is more going on that I thought at Ameritrade -- I am beginning to wonder if shares will be released in some sequence (i.e. FIFO - first in first out -- in other words, those that bought on May 17th get theirs before those that bought and held on May 18th, etc.) or are they going to imagine some scenario where they can give everyone their cleared shares all at once some time after May 25th (may be a LONG time after May 25th unless there is a forced buy in very soon)?
