I just spoke with the woman's supervisor...

...and he told me that they have been credited the shares by the DTC as of when they were put into my account on Friday afternoon, however, he refused to send me an email saying that, and said by having them in my account, that confirms that it has happened, but, he went on to say, that the company or the DTC can take back the shares, much like bouncing a check, and I could possibly then be in a short postition for the shares I have sold. He said that this is unprecedented, and that he had no idea what would happen, although he would assume that whoever sold the shares originally would be responsible for the situation. He said that this is a market risk, and they would not be liable for the outcome, they are just a holding company.
