The rules do require tweaking and they did change from seminar to seminar. This bothered me as well but I was Freebasing Kool aid at the time so I shrugged it off. Looking back on it now, the rule changes were a way of getting you to pony up more dough to go to the advanced class. I can't tell you how many times he tried to sell the class the Boston monkinar during the weekend. Seemed like every 5 minutes he was pimping the class.
