Actually, Win. 3.1 works well for toggling some of our old Dos aps we wrote 16-years ago. It's much quicker than any newer Windows OS for toggling DOS shells.

BTW, the DOS aps run much faster than anything we've had since. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
