Is it common for very large industrial companies to get "test" samples of product from new vendors to make sure that the product meets specs before committing to a new supply contract?

Do you think that LG will want to take delivery on a "test sample" of these torrified pellets to try them out before they commit to buying $37.5M worth of pellets from an unknown and unproven entity? How long do you think such a test phase will take?

If so, then BMSPF will have to construct the plant(s), produce a "test" sample, ship it to LG, and if it passes muster then they will have the $37.5M contract if they can keep up both the supply quality and quantity.

Has Jim Carroll been asked these questions? If so....has he answered them?

Does anyone have any idea who's funding the buildout of the plants? The raw material collection? Operating costs while they ramp up to production? Continued operating costs while their product is evalutated by potential customers?

Anyone?
