Me think that "more recognized exchange" will be most probably AMEX, and why not NYSE or Nasdaq. The CEO has been very patiently waiting with his large number of shares (more that 25% of the OS), the way some of us did as well, to get into a better exchange; so all of us deserve our nice reward, which shall come soon, IMO.
