Ully, I first invested in BDGR many years ago.

Since that time, the reported reserves have dwindled, the number of wells claimed has dwindled, the reported income has dwindled, the assets have dwindled, and the share price, along with our investment, has dwindled to nothing.

DWINDLED -- rhymes with SWINDLED.

That's what has happened to all of us shareholders. We've been swindled.

The only two things that HAVEN'T dwindled are the number of outstanding shares and the number of lies the company tells.

Yes, this company LIES to shareholders.

Now, you are repeating those lies. Why?

Are you ignorant of the facts?
