"Give Away" or "Sell"?

Would you have a problem with the sale of 10 million shares for $2.2 million? ($0.22 / share based on current prices)

The only reason I would prefer to wait is I think the company will raise a lot more money once we get the better valuation.

Of course, based on Promark's bank line and financial stability, why sell ANY treasury stock at these dirt cheap levels.

I really think it's individuals like us spending the $5k, etc. to promote our own positions. (Esp. those of us with single digit percentage ownership, e.g. 1-9% of the company's outstanding shares -- over 10% and you have to be careful what you do)
