By Jove, I think you've got it!!! It will be shareholders fault for not all responding. EIGH will later claim that due to the ENSSFM's continuous attacks on its shareholder base that shareholders did not respond in sufficient numbers to fully prove the "share imbalance" that EIGH has previously proven to exist on numerous occasions.
