Snicker, I hope the SEC just blows 'em off. Come to think of it, the SEC is the wrong agency to appeal to. When they suspend a stock, usually they think about it for awhile, have to get permission from higher-ups, and the like.

The Nasdaq can call an exchange halt for a great many reasons. That's who they should have gone to.

But let's not tell 'em.
