No, I didn't. My post said that the poster who 'phoned the company and was told they were not convertible would be foolish to take them at their word.

As this was before ths suspension by SEC - which again is not because they got a few trifling details on their website wrong, and I urge anyone who thinks it is to look at the SEC order again - it appears I may have been right to urge caution in accepting the word of LLEG as gospel.
