The PR doesn't state that at all. It states LLEG as 100% equity holder. Read it again and post it if it does. Maybe I'm blind, as it has been a long day for me.

Also we don't know for sure if the preferred shares are convertible. Sunspotter ( who hates the company) stated he called IR and was told they were not. Let's withhold speculation until we know the truth.
