Thanks tortman, I guess I read it too fast. I have too many irons in the fire. I see now, that's not MJ#3 that expired, it was the Asher-Menashe 79,000 acres and they DID file for renewal before it expired. It's impressive that Zion holds licenses and permits for so many thousands of acres. I have no doubt that patence will pay off, and likely soon. I wonder if it means anything that they could drill deeper than the original TD on MJ#3? Could this mean a possible dry hole at the current depth? ...or am I reading too much into it? Either way, they're right to be thinking "deeep"...and deeper. That's where it is.
