Today's Forecast Wednesday, June 15th - 7:10 am
Summer weather is just around the corner. I promise! However, a stable ridge of high pressure.. and strong onshore flow keeps the clouds in place for now. Also.. a few showers have been reported around the area this morning-- due to a storm system passing to our north. Daytime highs will be were they were yesterday...generally in the mid 60s. Not many sun breaks are likely today...or tomorrow. Tonight, mostly cloudy with overnight lows in the low 50s.
Tomorrow, a few more sun breaks could occur late in the day... as a stronger ridge begins to build into the region by Friday. Partly sunny weather with mid 70- type weather will be coming on Friday afternoon.
As we look into the future, computer models are now hinting at 80s next week! The trend would begin on the appropriate day-- TUESDAY-- the first official day of summer!
