Whats our business, I agree we own QASP, at this point we DO NOT own NHSH, even after the exchange we will each individually be shareholders here (for those who have not yet bought in the open market), but we will own a percentage of the Company.

You have NO RIGHTS here, you have not even been gifted your shares yet.

One final note - you could add the word YET to a lot of your statements and remember this, a lot of the statements you made were and are out of Jeff and James control.
