ANOTHER spot on... you are on a roll.... i see some did not get brainwashed WHILE AT QASP...this is biz for me...although i'm retired now, im also thankful for many things... Jeff and James are getting a awesome deal... shareholders have never held back, and have supported them to the MAX... 300 STRONG some say... letters on the way...money being collected.... been with Jeff and James since they showed us a vision.... okay i'm all in with the vision..
FIRST QASP and CENTAFLIX/COM gonna MERGE cool but did not happen
SECOND QASP gonna EXCHANGE cool but did not happen
THIRD QASP SHAREHOLDERS are asked to send THEIR sharecounts in so we can show 10% of the 1.5B A/S and call for a vote..cool we did
but did not happen...
FOURTH QASP is told of PLAN B but did not happen
FIFTH QASP is told James is looking a clean shell to move CENTACOM into.. cool but didnt happen "officially"
SIXTH QASP was told by JAMES that fins and transparancey would be shown before any shareholder would be asked to make a choice.. and have ample time to do that... cool but did not happen
SEVEN QASP was told that NHSH is the shell and CENTACOM is merging with NHSH.... cool but did not happen "officially"
EIGHT QASP was told by a volunteer group of shareholders that they were going to hire a lawyer and needed all shareholders to sign in so this REP GROUP CAN make the transistion into NHSH as a private placement.... cool but did not happen
NINE QASP was told that we needed to send a letter to Judge via Jeff to show mega support for the court case and to insure/help Jeff win cool but did not happen...
TEN QASP now is told that Jeff will bypass the court placement now... and walk it over to a FEDERAL COURT cool
