Thankful? For what?
On the day of the announced merger, the share price was 20 cents. Some of us had paid even more than that.
Now the price is 8 cents, which means that we original share holders have had our value cut in more than half.
I am a really nice guy and I'm thankful for a lot of things. But, I'll be damned if I am thankful for the lowering of the value of my investment.
DiGenova should be thankful that he sold his shell and recouped some of his losses in Quasar. Owens should be thankful that he got a cheap shell and has shares to sell to raise money now.
But, common shareholders of NHSH don't have much to be thankful for unless getting screwed is worth a thank you. And I don't think it is.
It's about time that DiGenova and Owens actually do something for the shareholders of NHSH and CENTA.
I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
