It had nothing whatsoever to do with the Red Sox.

I gave Hal a call and asked him to have them play the game no matter what since I had two very nice kids at my house who drove all the way up from Florida to see the Yankees/Red Sox and wouldn't be able to go to the game if there was a makeup.

He very nicely accommodated me!
