Excellent post and I agree 100%. I would add the DTC, NSCC, and MM's should be held accountable for their actions as well in perpetuating the frauds. Should they stifle the actions of fraud perpetrators, it would not present the opportunity of “out of control” trading actions. GLTA and great post.
