In order to move up a tier, to OTCQB they need audited financials. I also referred to the KaT brochure which states:

"As part of it's growth strategy Kat Gold is planning to bring Kat Exploration, Inc. (Pinksheets:KATX) (KAT) and it's entire portfolio of properties into Kat Gold Holdings Corp."

If they decide to move up a tier independently from BVIG/Kat Gold Holdings, that would be great too. :o)
