"Katx is unaudited, but may be in the process of getting audited financials to merge with Kat Gold Holdings. This merger is one of the things KaTx has said they will do, per the Jan 7, 2011 PR."

Do you get that from that PR? Cause what I read is:

"The company is also in the initial stages of filing a 15c211in order to move Kat Exploration Inc from the Pink Sheets listing to that of the OTCBB. As progress moves forward with these filings further updates will be made available to shareholders and public."

That does imply moving up a tier, it does not imply merger with BVIG.
