There are only two possible options: 1) Either Monk told the truth in his sworn statement, in which case he was selling his stock while telling others to "buy and hold" or 2) Monk is lying in his sworn statement in the court document, in which case he's a dishonest crook. What is your problem with these incontrovertible facts?
