While I'm starting to have more doubts about INOL day by day, I do not agree with the fact this company will discontinue operations. Since the 10Q, they've gone into a joint venture iwth Gulf Coast Pharmaceuticals for a DNA-based product. Along with this, they have quite a bit of PR, which allow a penny stock to stay in the game.
